Mary Mary Bucks Tradition, Grows Garden In Rows

22 Apr

SSFCary, NC–When you pass by the home of Mary Mary this spring you will notice something different about the gardens. That’s because Mrs. Mary has planted a selection of silver bells, cockle shells, and maids all in rows this year, exhibiting a complete lack of imagination. This is contrary to previous years, when the then horticulture enthusiast created elaborate floral displays that were widely celebrated around her subdivision. Asked why she decided to phone it in this year, Mrs. Mary responded, “I got a lot on my plate these days. There’s no time to be messing around the garden. I just had to get that shit in the ground.”

Speculation is that her and husband, Murry, have their hands full with one-year-old child, Emma. The couple has discussed ordering a pre-planned flower bed from the Gardener’s Supply Company catalog for next year.

Ha! Too cute. However, if all those pretty maids ever step out of their rows, look out! You do not want maids running about all willy nilly, trust me.
