This Old Man Sought for Aggressive Behavior Toward Dog Owners

15 Jul

SYRACUSE, NY–Ten people have reported a strange encounter with this old man, seen in the picture above. Witnesses described this old man as being, “overly playful for his age.” Allegedly this old man has been approaching people and surprising them with a rendition of what has only be described as, “Knick-knack.” One of the ten witnesses, who has remained anonymous on the report, stated:

“I was out walking my dog when this…old man, approached me. He looked like he wanted to shake hands, so I held out mine. He started tapping my thumb, and I was like, ‘what, are you trying to thumb wrestle or something?’ He said he was ‘knick-knacking.’ Then he called me a whippersnapper and threaten to hit me with his paddywack.”

The other nine witnesses reported similar instances, with this old man “knick-knacking” on various other body parts and items such as shoes, knees, sticks, and gates. Law enforcement believes the incidents to be linked, as all of the witnesses are dog owners. Giving a dog a bone at each scene has served as this old man’s calling card before taking his leave. If you have seen this old man please contact authorities immediately.

Most peculiar. I wonder if this fellow has dementia similar to that old woman who swallowed a fly…

Unverified reports have placed this man’s home, “ the bottom of a hill.”
